Fico assessed the possible timing of the continuation of the conflict in Ukraine

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said that, according to his assessment, the conflict in Ukraine may continue for a long time. He made the corresponding statement on May 16 at a meeting with students, the video of which was posted on his personal Facebook page (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia).

"I think this conflict will continue for quite a long time. I cannot predict when the conflict in Ukraine will end. You can ask me that a thousand times. I can't guess," he said.
