The Japanese gaming corporation Konami announced the termination of operations in Russia and Belarus. Information about this appeared on May 15 on the official website of the eFootball football simulator created by the company.

"On June 15, 2026, at 06:00 (UTC) (09:00 Moscow time), we will stop providing services in Russia and Belarus. We thank all the players for their tremendous support. We would not have been able to achieve so much without you," the publication says.
