Repair of the highway near the village Razdolny started in Kamchatka

Repair of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky–Milkovo highway section has begun in Kamchatka. This is reported by the press service of the government of the Kamchatka Territory.

Work is underway in the area of Razdolny village, on the section of the highway from 37th to 39th km. The contractor has already removed the old coating and started laying a new one.

"At the moment, contractors are already delivering asphalt concrete and laying it. There are still small amounts of milling at the beginning and at the end of the site," said Alexander Safonov, Minister of Transport and Road Construction of the region, quoted by news AGENCY KamchatkaMedia.

According to him, asphalting is planned to be completed in the near future. The work is carried out within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". In previous years, the road adjacent to the site currently under repair was transferred from gravel to asphalt pavement through the intersection.
