The journalist announced that the US delegation had left all the items issued in China.

Before leaving China, the members of the American delegation threw away all the things provided by the host country. This was announced on May 15 by journalist Emily Goodin, who is part of the White House pool.

"The American staff took everything that was distributed by Chinese officials <...> and threw it into a trash can at the foot of the ramp. Nothing from China is allowed on board the plane," she wrote on her page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
