According to Korneliuk, the funds under the loan agreements will be transferred to the contractors in the coming days, they will be able to start building houses. The bank expects that the guarantee program will expand the audience of borrowers by more than 20%, Kornelyuk added.

The umbrella guarantee program was launched by the state-owned DOM company.The Russian Federation began in early May and assumes the support of those contractors who previously had no financing available due to insufficient experience in official work with customers. For such clients, the company acts as a guarantor and assumes part of the bank's risks: in case of non-fulfillment by the contractor of obligations under the HOUSE loan.The Russian Federation will compensate half of the amount given, but not more than 20 million rubles.
