The average pension provision of over 30 thousand rubles in April 2026 was recorded in 12 regions of Russia. Such data was obtained on May 15 after studying the statistics.

According to the Social Fund, the pension level above 30 thousand rubles was recorded in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug — 42.2 thousand rubles, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug — 38.8 thousand rubles, the Kamchatka Territory — 37.5 thousand rubles, the Magadan Region — 37.4 thousand rubles and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — 37 thousand rubles.

This list also includes the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug — 36.4 thousand rubles, the Murmansk Region — 34.2 thousand rubles, the Sakhalin Region — 33.7 thousand rubles, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) — 33.7 thousand rubles, the Komi Republic — 32.2 thousand rubles, the Arkhangelsk Region — 31.7 thousand rubles and the Republic of Karelia — 31 thousand rubles, reports TASS.

At the same time, in April 2026, the average pension in Russia was 25,397 rubles.

RANEPA expert Tatiana Podolskaya reported on May 13 that in 2026, the right to an old-age pension is granted to women from the age of 59 and men from the age of 64 if they have at least 15 years of insurance experience and at least 30 pension points.

She noted that for the appointment of an old-age insurance pension, several key conditions must be met simultaneously. These include reaching the established retirement age, as well as the required length of service and retirement points.
