The head of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation will lead the delegation at the conference on the rights of persons with disabilities in the USA

Russian Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov will fly to a conference on the rights of people with disabilities in New York in June. The relevant decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on May 14.

"To approve the attached composition of the delegation of the Russian Federation to participate in the 19th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (June 9-11, 2026, New York City, United States of America)," the document says.

The order says that Kotyakov will lead the Russian delegation, which includes six people.
