One of the episodes of fraud imputed to Andrey Cherkasov, CEO of the Jam music publishing house, is related to Vyacheslav Dobrynin, People's Artist of Russia and composer. A source told Izvestia about this on May 14.

It is noted that Dobrynin died back in October 2024.

"In this case, the First Music Publishing House was recognized as the victim, since the rights to Dobrynin's works belong to the publishing house," the source said.

According to the source, according to the available data, Cherkasov could have forged documents. As previously reported by the media, another episode of fraud is connected with the founders of the group "Hands Up!" Sergey Zhukov and Alexey Potekhin, they are recognized as victims in the case.

It was reported that, according to Cherkasov himself, Zhukov illegally uses more than one dozen songs, the rights to which belong to "Jam". It was also said that Cherkasov had contributed to the illegal blocking of the film "Hands Up" on film platforms.
