The case of the terrorist attack in the capital's elite residential complex "Scarlet Sails", the victim of which was the founder of the volunteer battalion "Arbat" Armen Sargsyan, has reached court. This was reported on May 14 in the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"The criminal case <...> has been transferred to the court for consideration on its merits after the indictment has been approved," the ministry said in a statement on the Maks messenger.
