The United States is losing its positions in the Persian Gulf, ceding them to Russia and China. This was announced on May 14 by retired American diplomat Chas Freeman on the air of the YouTube channel.

"Look at the Persian Gulf. I think the Saudis and Iranians will cooperate. <...> They will turn to Russia and China, possibly India, more often than to the United States when it comes to maintaining peace, stability and development," he said.
