Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on May 13 that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky could "cancel" the strikes on the country by issuing a decree and contacting the fortune teller of the former head of his office, Andrei Ermak.

"So let them issue a forbidding decree. <...> And Ermak's "fortune teller", who was hired to damage anti—corruption structures, has been released — she can cheat," she wrote on the Telegram channel.
