Andrey Cherkasov, the CEO of the Jam music publishing house, accused of fraud, was charged with an article on the illegal formation of a legal entity. As stated by a source of Izvestia on May 13, the episode is related to the company Profit LLC, owned by Cherkasov.

"Cherkasov created Profit LLC for a figurehead, Daria Shamova, who is the director of this company," the source said.

According to the materials available to Izvestia, Cherkasov was charged under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 173.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal formation of a legal entity or state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur by a group of persons by prior agreement).
