A criminal case on hooliganism has been opened in the Leningrad Region after a mass brawl at a poultry farm. This was reported on May 13 in the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
"In the Kirovsky district of the Leningrad region, a conflict occurred between employees of one of the enterprises, during which a number of participants required medical assistance," the report says.
According to the agency, the case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism"). Investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, instructed the head of the investigative Department for the Leningrad Region to submit a report on the progress of the investigation and the established facts.
