The Dzhankoy checkpoint will be closed for trucks in Crimea for the holiday season. The traffic pattern on the overland route will change, and drivers should provide alternative routes.

According to IA SevastopolMedia, with reference to the head of the Association of freight carriers and forwarders of the region Anatoly Tsurkin, trucks moving along the highway R-280 "Novorossiya" near the village of Novoalekseyevka, Kherson region, can take an alternative route to the Perekop APP to pass inspection before entering the Crimea.

However, there is no curfew on the land corridor, which is the main disadvantage of this route, the agency writes.
