Electric scooter rental services banned in Lobnya

Electric scooter rental services have been banned in Lobnya, Moscow Region. This follows from the decree published on May 12 on the website of the district administration.

"The administration of the Lobnya city District of the Moscow region decides: 1. prohibit the activities of operators providing services for the provision of personal mobility equipment in the territory of the Lobnya city district of the Moscow Region," the document says.
