A fire broke out at the Astrakhan Gas Processing Plant as a result of a drone strike The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on May 13 by the governor of the region Igor Babushkin.

"Today, on May 13, the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces UAV on the gas processing plant was repelled. All enemy aircraft have been shot down or suppressed by electronic warfare. The debris caused a fire," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
