Almost 500 road facilities will be repaired in the Tula region in 2026

489 road facilities are scheduled to be repaired in the Tula Region in 2026. This became known during the weekly operational meeting in the government of the region.

According to the Minister of Transport and Road Management Svetlana Voskresenskaya, the pit repair of roads has already been completed. Work took place on 474 streets in all 26 municipalities.

Meanwhile, scheduled road repairs will continue. Work has also begun on three sections of federal highways. Repairs have been completed at ten facilities in Belevsky, Kireevsky, Uzlovsky, Plavsky districts and Efremov, TSN24 clarifies.

As of May 12, there are no delays from the schedule. In total, 489 facilities will be repaired during the current road season.

Earlier in the spring, it was reported that 9.6 billion rubles would be allocated for the construction of the third stage of the Eastern Bypass in Tula. The third stage is scheduled to be commissioned in 2029. The length of the section will be 1.8 km.
