The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine on Tuesday, May 12, postponed the election of a preventive measure for the former head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Ermak.

On the eve of the Ukrainian security forces conducted searches at Ermak. At the same time, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) stated that the agency, together with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), exposed an organized group involved in the legalization of 460 million hryvnias in luxury construction near Kiev. One of the members of the group is Ermak, he was charged with suspicion.
