Forecaster predicted thunderstorms in Moscow this week

Thunderstorms are expected to return in Moscow this week. Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, announced this on Tuesday, May 12.

"Thunderstorms are possible, but since this is a phenomenon that is predicted with great advance only in a very probabilistic way, then when prolonged rains begin, then, so to speak, we can expect thunderstorms," he told the Moscow city news agency.

Warming in the capital region will come only on May 12.
