Ukraine has asked European countries to join the possible resumption of peace talks with Russia. This was reported by Politico on May 12.

"Europe probably needs a new role in our efforts to establish peace," Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga said on the sidelines of a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.
