Russians whose official income is subject to personal income tax (personal income tax) can return from 390 to 660 thousand rubles for mortgage interest in 2026 due to a tax deduction. This was recalled on May 12 by State Duma deputy Dmitry Svishchev, the LDPR faction.

"Today, mortgage interest can be refunded from 390 to 660 thousand rubles," he told RIA Novosti.
