Drone strikes cargo ship in Qatar waters

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attacked a ship off the coast of Qatar. This was announced on May 10 on the website of the Center for the Coordination of Maritime Trade Transportation at the British Navy (UKMTO).

"The UKMTO received a report of an incident 23 nautical miles northeast of Doha, Qatar," the publication said.

It is specified that a small fire started on the ship as a result of the attack, which was promptly eliminated. As a result of the incident, no one was injured.
