A man detonated a grenade and injured four people in Sumy region

In the village of Akhtyrka, Sumy region, a man detonated a grenade, injuring three policemen and one civilian. This was reported on May 10 by the Ukrainian newspaper Strana.ua" with reference to law enforcement agencies.

It is specified that the incident occurred on one of the central streets of the city. Initially, the man threatened to detonate a grenade in one of the establishments, but he was taken outside. Police officers arrived at the scene and tried to calm the man down.

"During the negotiations, the man activated the grenade. As a result of the explosion, the man himself, three policemen and one civilian were injured. All the injured were hospitalized," the Telegram channel of the publication says.

"The country.ua" on May 10 reported that in the city of Cherkasy in Ukraine, a local resident opened fire towards children. The reason was that they were picking lilacs near a private house. At first, the man tried to catch up with the children, and then he took a gun out of the house and started shooting. The children were not injured.
