The Russian Ambassador to Germany declared Russia's unwillingness to fight with NATO and Germany

On May 10, Russian Ambassador to Germany Sergey Nechaev said at the podium discussion "Peace through Dialogue" in Berlin that Russia does not want to go to war with Germany and NATO.

"We don't want a war with NATO, let alone a war with Germany," TASS quoted him as saying.

According to the diplomat, the idea of a joint "nuclear shield" has been increasingly discussed in Europe lately, and, as he stressed, this should not be taken lightly.

Nechaev noted that the expansion of the nuclear factor is changing the strategic situation in Europe, so Russia is forced to recall the provisions of its nuclear doctrine.

He also warned that if such military initiatives are implemented, Moscow will not be able to give any guarantees.

On May 6, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, announced that Europe intends to impose the concept of "peace through force" on Russia. According to him, Germany and the European countries supporting it should realize that they will receive "unacceptable damage" in the case of the implementation of the Barbarossa 2.0 plan.
