The Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Rostov Region are finalizing the launch of a direct electric train between the regions. This was announced on May 10 by the Minister of Transport of the Republic Alexander Bondarenko.
"I think the main issue is the restoration of our passenger rail service with other regions of the Russian Federation," he told TASS.
According to the minister, the organization of communication with the Rostov region is now a priority. Bondarenko noted that the project has reached the final stage of implementation.
