Three people are missing after a boat capsizes in the Tomsk region.

A boat with four people on board capsized in the Tomsk region. After the emergency, only one passenger was able to reach the shore. The circumstances of the incident are being established by the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office, the agency's press service reported on May 10.

"A ship capsized with four people on board. As a result of the incident, one of them was able to get ashore on his own, the whereabouts of other citizens are still unknown," the department's Telegram channel says on May 10.

The accident occurred on the night of May 9 on the Nazinskaya River near the village of Nazino in the Alexandrovsky district. Surveillance measures are being carried out upon the incident with the small vessel.

On May 4, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia opened a criminal case on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements after a motorboat capsized on the Moskva River, where there were 10 people with a vessel capacity of four people. The incident occurred in the area of Krasnogorsk near Moscow. There were children on board the small vessel, and all the injured received medical care.
