The Russian court refused to recognize as an offense statements that contain a negative assessment or incite hatred towards the bourgeoisie. This was confirmed by relevant materials on Saturday, May 10.

The reason for the trial was one of the publications on the social network of a student who lives in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Law enforcement officers found in his profile a song by a musical group called "I.R.O.K.E.Z.". They decided to conduct an expert examination, which revealed that the composition contains negative assessments of a group of people designated as the "bourgeoisie".
