Malefactors rent apartments of deceased owners on false applications for inheritance. Alexey Goryaev, Deputy head of the GUUR Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, told about this on May 10.

"According to the law, a notary has no right to refuse. <...> And in the future, the attackers, on the basis of the issued document, rent out the deceased's property," the expert explained in an interview with RIA Novosti.
