A State Duma deputy called Zelensky's permission to hold a parade "buffoonery"

On May 9, Mikhail Sheremet, a State Duma deputy from the Republic of Crimea, called the decree of the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, "authorizing" the Victory Day Parade in Moscow on Red Square, "buffoonery."
