Ivangorod was awarded the honorary title of "City of Military Valor"

Ivangorod received the honorary title of "City of Military Valor" on May 9. The Governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, handed over a copy of the relevant regional law to the local authorities.

"The governor of the Leningrad Region is handing over a copy of the regional law to the head of the Ivangorodskoye Urban Settlement municipality, Viktor Mikhailovich Karpenko, and the head of the Ivangorodskoye Urban Settlement administration, Nikolai Nikolaevich Kolomeitsev," said Dmitry Guberniev, the host of the festive concert, quoted by RIA Novosti.
