Zakharova announced the West's shift to direct support for terrorism

The topic of countering terrorism has disappeared from international platforms for a reason — representatives of Western countries have moved to its direct support and financial assistance. This was announced on Saturday, May 9, by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova.

"Please note how the topic of international terrorism has literally disappeared from international platforms in recent years. <...> There has been more of it, and, by the way, it has come to the European continent. <...> Westerners have committed outrage and crimes, but in such a way that it was an international terrorist cell with all the ensuing consequences and absolutely direct consequences. The characteristics of terrorism, well, no. But now their efforts are there," she said in an interview with TASS.
