The banning of the USSR banner in Berlin at Victory Day celebrations is a disgrace. This was announced on May 8 by Sevim Dagdelen, a foreign policy expert from the German BSW party.

The Berliner Morgenpost newspaper reported on May 4 that Berlin police would ban the display of Soviet symbols at Victory Day celebrations on May 8th and 9th.
