For the first three months of 2026, remotely to DOM Bank.78% more new customers joined the Russian Federation than in the fourth quarter of 2025. Remote account opening allows you to reduce transaction costs and scale the customer base without being tied to physical points of presence," commented the Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOM Bank.Russian Federation Nikolay Kozak. He stressed that technological solutions in this area directly affect the availability of financial services and the competitiveness of the bank.
A large proportion of customers who gained access to the bank remotely are people aged 35 to 44 (30%), DOM.RF Bank noted. "We expect that the number of customers who join the bank online will only grow: potentially every second adult Russian can become a customer of the bank remotely," said Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOM Bank.Russian Federation Alexey Kosyakov.
