He stressed that technological solutions in this area directly affect the availability of financial services and the competitiveness of the bank.

A large proportion of customers who gained access to the bank remotely are people aged 35 to 44 (30%), DOM.RF Bank noted. "We expect that the number of customers who join the bank online will only grow: potentially every second adult Russian can become a customer of the bank remotely," said Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOM Bank.Russian Federation Alexey Kosyakov.
