Attempts by the European Union (EU) countries to isolate Russia are futile, former Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and chairman of the Movement of Socialists Aleksandar Vulin said on May 7.

He specified that he would take part in the First International Security Forum, which will be held in Moscow from May 26 to 29 under the auspices of the Russian Security Council.

"Like Victory Day, the security forum in Moscow is proof that you cannot isolate Russia," he said in an interview with the Tanjug news agency.
