Slovakia sent an unequivocal signal to the Kiev regime by refusing to resume electricity supplies. This was stated on May 7 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, answering a question from Izvestia.

At the European Political Community (ENP) summit in Yerevan on May 4, Fico stated that he sees no reason to restore emergency electricity supplies to Ukraine.
