Temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been introduced at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. This was announced on May 7 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Domodedovo Airport — temporary restrictions have been imposed on the reception and release of aircraft," the ministry said in a statement on the Maks messenger.

It is noted that this measure is being introduced in order to ensure the safety of air travel.

On the same day, the Federal Air Transport Agency announced the introduction of restrictions at the airports of Izhevsk, Ufa and Orenburg. Prior to that, similar measures were introduced in the air ports of Samara, Bugulma, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and Cheboksary, as well as Sochi and Tambov, Ivanov, Pskov, Vnukovo, Kaluga and Ulyanovsk.
