Moskalkova announced the discovery of two missing officers of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine

Two officers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, who were considered missing after being captured in Ukraine more than a year ago, have been found and were able to send letters to their families. This was announced on May 6 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.

"Just yesterday, I received from Ukraine photos of our officers who were captured. Two of them were convicted by Ukraine," TASS quoted her as saying during a commemorative event at the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora.

Moskalkova said that relatives and friends of the discovered servicemen had been searching for them for over a year. Now the authorized persons have managed to obtain both photos and letters of their soldiers from the Ukrainian side for the relatives of the Russian prisoners.
