A criminal case on violation of safety rules was initiated after the crash of an ultralight aircraft in the Omsk region, two on board were killed. This was reported on May 6 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the region.
On the same day, the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office reported that an investigation was underway in the Omsk region into the circumstances of the light aircraft crash. According to preliminary data, an Aeroprakt-22 aircraft crashed near the village of Koshkarevo in the Azov German National District. The aircraft operated by Aviabaza LLC performed aviation work.
