Rubio announced plans to address the issue of Cuba
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said at a White House briefing on May 5 that the United States would deal with the Cuban issue indefinitely.
"There is a failed state located 90 miles (144.84 km) from our shores, which is also a friendly territory for some of our opponents. Therefore, this situation is unacceptable, and we will correct it, but not today," the Secretary of State said.
