Russia is proactive in ensuring the security of the Kaliningrad region, demonstrating its readiness to respond to any possible scenario. This was announced on May 6 by the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Artyom Bulatov.
"We are working proactively, not limited to the "action-counteraction" formula. We are ready for any scenarios of the situation," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
