The IDF reported an attack on its military by Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese Hezbollah movement launched a rocket attack on the Israeli military stationed in southern Lebanon. This was announced on May 5 by the press service of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
"Recently, in two incidents, the Hezbollah terrorist organization fired several rockets at IDF soldiers operating in southern Lebanon, south of the front line," the Telegram channel said.
It is specified that information about the victims has not been received.
On April 29, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that at least 13 people were killed and 59 injured as a result of Israeli Air Force strikes on southern and eastern Lebanon over the past 24 hours.
Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said on April 29 that Israel must completely cease fire and implement the truce agreement before proceeding to peace talks. Aoun added that all EU countries and Arab states supported the option of negotiations, and there is a consensus among the Lebanese people, especially in the south, on the need to end the conflict.
