The girl who took off her shoes at the gym was expelled from the fitness club

The management of the Moscow fitness club unilaterally terminated the contract with the client after she posted footage on her personal blog, which featured blogger Valeria Chekalina (Lerchek). The girl Alina herself told Izvestia about this on May 5.

"I took a picture of her without her face, it was from the back. I saw Lercek at the gym — she was coming out after a workout and drinking protein, in a completely normal state. And in her blog, she indicated that she had left for a chemotherapy procedure a few hours ago," she explained.

On April 29, the girl posted on her blog a screenshot of the Lercha publication and footage of a woman in similar clothes. A few days later, Alina was informed that her contract had been terminated because she had violated the rules of the fitness club.

"They refused to comment to me, they said that the management was on vacation. I left, but then I decided to come back and record everything on my phone — and the management was already sitting at the table. <...> She said: You took a picture of a member of our club and posted it to yourself, it's illegal. I say: your club member was in a public place, and no one photographed his face," the girl said.

The day before, Chekalina's lover Luis Squicciarini noted that the blogger had undergone a fourth course of chemotherapy during cancer treatment. According to him, almost half of the treatment path has already been completed.

On March 16, the court released Chekalina from house arrest after confirming that she had cancer. Also, due to illness, it was allowed to suspend judicial proceedings in the blogger's criminal case on her withdrawal of more than 250 million rubles to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
