A civilian was killed in an attack by an APU drone in the Belgorod region.

A civilian was killed in Shebekino, Belgorod region, as a result of a targeted FPV drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on May 5 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

The tragedy occurred near a private apartment building. According to the head of the region, the woman was injured, incompatible with life, and died on the spot before the arrival of the ambulance crew.

"I express my most sincere condolences to all the relatives and friends of the deceased. This is a heavy and irreparable loss for all of us," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

On the same day, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Chuvashia reported that three people were injured as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack on Cheboksary. It was noted that one victim with moderate injuries was hospitalized and is under medical supervision, while the other two suffered minor injuries.

Dmitry Zakharov, the Minister of Education of Chuvashia, said that schools and technical schools of the republic have been switched to distance learning due to the threat of drone attacks. Later, Trofimov stressed that Cheboksary authorities had deployed a temporary accommodation facility and an operational headquarters after the Ukrainian drone strikes. The authorities of Chuvashia are also considering declaring a national emergency.
