Pashinyan did not answer the question about Armenia's withdrawal from the EAEU.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan avoided giving a direct answer to the question of whether the country will leave the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). A briefing with his participation was held on Tuesday, May 5, in Yerevan.
At the briefing, the politician was asked whether Armenia would apply for membership in the European Union (EU) and whether this would be followed by withdrawal from the EAEU. In turn, Pashinyan began to talk about the importance of transport accessibility between Armenia, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
"In this context, there is a huge potential that is being realized in terms of Armenia's relations with the EU. I am sure that we will implement very serious strategic projects.
