Flight restrictions lifted at three airports in Russia

Temporary restrictions on aircraft movement have been lifted at the airports of Ufa, Ulyanovsk and Chelyabinsk. This was announced on May 5 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Ufa Airport, <...> Ulyanovsk (Baratayevka), <...> Chelyabinsk (Balandino). Restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been lifted," the agency's Telegram channel says.

Rosaviatsia recalls that these measures were introduced to ensure flight safety.

On the same day, temporary restrictions were introduced at the airports of Tambov and Cheboksary. At the same time, it was reported about the introduction of time restrictions at the airports of Samara, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg and Ufa. Flight safety measures also affected Chelyabinsk.
