The list of instructions following the meeting of the Future Technologies Forum has been approved.

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following his participation in the plenary session of the Future Technologies Forum and a meeting with scientists held at the Forum on February 25.

Vladimir Putin instructed the government to approve a Strategy for the long-term development of Bioeconomics in the Russian Federation until 2036, to ensure a phased increase in funding for programs and projects aimed at shaping bioeconomics, and to submit proposals for updating educational standards, taking into account the need to deepen interdisciplinary training of specialists at the intersection of natural sciences, engineering and economics.

In addition, the Russian President's instructions include evaluating the effectiveness of staffing projects in the field of bioeconomics, developing an experimental legal regime for bio—research in the Federal Territory of Sirius and other scientific centers, and discussing issues of joint scientific research at BRICS events.

The Roscongress Foundation has been instructed to ensure the analysis and synthesis of the final materials of the Future Technologies Forum.

The fifth Future Technologies Forum will be held in 2027 and will focus on the creation and implementation of digital platforms.
