The Perovsky Court of Moscow, at the request of the prosecutor's office, blocked the resources on which equipment for bypassing the Platon system was sold. This is stated in the materials that Izvestia reviewed on May 4.

"It has been established that the websites contain information distributed in violation of the requirements of legislation in the field of road safety and accessible to an indefinite circle of people, namely, the sale and installation of equipment designed to suppress the signal transmitted through the Platon system on vehicles with a permitted maximum weight of over 12 tons," one report says. from the resolutions.

It clarifies that the use of such equipment is illegal, as it violates the requirements of Article 12.21.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Non-compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on payment of compensation for damage caused to public roads of federal significance by vehicles with a permitted maximum mass of more than 12 tons").

At the end of April, it was reported that the Perovsky Court of Moscow, at the request of the prosecutor's office, had banned more than 20 sites since the beginning of the year where devices for hiding state registration marks were sold. It was noted that the websites contain information accessible to an unspecified number of people, namely— the illegal installation of modified state registration plates of vehicles, devices or materials on vehicles that allow them to be modified or hidden.
