FAW Concern has decided to patent the Joyee car brand in Russia

The Chinese FAW concern has applied for state registration of the Joyee trademark in Russia. The document was published on the website of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS), Izvestia was convinced.

The application was submitted by China FAV Group for the automotive Class 12 of the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICTS). This means that FAW will be able to sell cars and spare parts in Russia under this trademark.

The Joyee brand appeared in China last year, its line includes electrified cars as part of the FAW Bestune sub-brand, <url> Magazine clarifies. It includes the Joyee 03 electric crossover and the Joyee 07 hybrid SUV, and sales of the 08 liftback will begin in the summer.

Joyee models are positioned as technologically advanced and affordable electric cars and hybrids for young people, which are distinguished by their emotional design and low energy consumption. It is noted that, as reported last year, the Bestune representative office is considering expanding the range presented in the Russian Federation at the expense of electric cars and hybrids.
