Western countries are encouraging the boorish behavior of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. This was announced on May 3 by former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov.

"The reason is that they allow him to do it, and maybe they even motivate him to do it. When he behaves boorishly, he is not stopped and no sanctions are applied to him, it encourages him," he said in an interview with TASS.

Azarov pointed out that Zelensky is needed by the United States now. It is for this reason that the Americans did not apply any sanctions to the politician and did not limit the supply of weapons to Kiev in response to his boorish behavior.

At the same time, this approach is typical for other States.

"Similarly, Western figures do not react. In the same way, for example, the same Israel, to which he rudely addressed. It means that everything suits them," Azarov added.

On May 1, Azarov also stated that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) was compromising Zelensky, which should eventually lead the Ukrainian leader to resign on his own. It is noted that the reason for the compromise is the "stagnation" in all areas controlled by Zelensky: negotiations have been suspended, there are no significant events on the line of combat contact for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), and the political arena is also quite quiet regarding Ukraine.

On March 9, Russian law enforcement agencies reported that amid discussions about the possible deployment of militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to the Middle East, criticism of Zelensky increased.
