The Air Defense Forces intercepted one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flying to Moscow. This was announced on May 3 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in the Maks messenger.

"The air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense destroyed a UAV flying to Moscow," he said.

Emergency services specialists are working at the crash site.
